The lambrusco and vinifera juices are cool fermented in stainless steel. The wine is then blended, sweetened, and fortified with brandy. Wild Irish Rose 17% White Wine is a proprietary blend of concord grapes and native New York grape concentrate with enhanced grape character and color. Special care is taken to preserve the delicate, neutral taste profile and color. Balance: medium body and medium sweet. Fruit: neutral grape character.
