The Eyrie Vineyards Pinot Gris - 750ML

Made from low yielding, old vines that gives complex, layered flavors. The grapes are destemmed and undergo a long cycle in a basket. The wine is allowed to follow natural fermentation curves in small stainless tanks and aged in neutral barrel.
