The 2010 b crux is produced as a blend of 40% tempranillo 40% malbec 10% merlot and 10% syrah from their estate vineyards in the uco valley. It fermented in stainless-steel vats and had malo in barrel where it matured for one year. The blend of grapes seems to have worked quite well provided depth and complexity with both fruit and structure. The nicely integrated oak provides some spices in the nose and flavors of chocolate-covered cherries. A very pleasant red blend. 40 000 bottles were produced.
