Writers Block Pinot Noir 750ML

This wine opens with aromas and flavors of dark red and black cherries, juicy raspberry and hints of brown sugar and then finishes with notes of cedar and light oak. We age the wine in French oak barrels (10% new) for 12 months. The wine is fermented using native yeasts in a stainless-steel tank, and smaller fermentation bins as we utilize both cool and warm fermentation temps for complexity. This wine is the perfect selection for your next salmon dinner!
