NOSE
Deep, very complex and finely balanced. Of a beautiful aromatic subtlety, one will retain fruity aromas, caramel, honey and nutmeg nibs.

PALATE
In the mouth one finds all the aromas of the nose accompanied by a great depth. The acidity is evidence of aging of 30 years.
